- How to place an order?

Yes we have delivery services.
- What is a service charge?
We offer free delivery service for Denpasar, Seminyak, Kuta and Legian area.
- What happens if the recipient is not at home / delivery address?
Our delivery man will attempt delivery and leave a calling card and try to reach the recipient later by phone. If we unable to deliver the flowers an unable to reach the recipient, we will immediately inform you of the non-delivery via phone or e-mail that no delevery could be made.
- How do I know my order got fine delivered?
Bunga Ayu guarantees each order to be delivered on the requested time during the regular delevery hours of the shop. Our delevery hours are from Monday - Saturday from 8.00 pm - 5.00 am WITA. On Sunday we are avaliable from 08.00 am - 19.00 pm WITA. If by any reason the order cannot be filled we will contact you as soon as we got delevery problems. Thus, if you do not hear or read from us you may be assured your order get delivered in the fresh and personal way quaranteed by Bunga Ayu. If you know that the order did not reach its delevery destination you may contact us at tlp/fax + 62 361 7430589 or email email@example.com and claim a none delivery.
- What the terms of payment?

- How much deposit is required?
Deposit must be 50% of total order.
- Can I make a spesial order?
Yes, you can write us an email or call in order to make the flower item according to your request. Depending on the timing of your request, same day delevery may not be possible.
- How I can add balloons or teddies to my flowers?
Kindly call, fax or write us an email in order to change the flower item according to your request. Depending on the timing of yor change, same day delevery may not be posible or, if the order has already been processed your change may not be posible.
- How can I change an order?
If you need to change the delivery details kindly write us an email or call us. Changes are required prior to the delivery date or you may risk that the order has already been processed and/or delivered by us.
- How long can I expect my fresh flowers to last? How can I best care for my flowers?
To keep your flowers fresh and long lasting, change or add water daily. If posible, re-cut the end of flower stem under water. Keep your flowers in comfertable room temperature and keep them out of direct sunlight. With this proper care your flowers are axpected to last for approximately 5 days. View kinds of flowers can last for 1 week or more.
